Clubmark

Clubmark

Clubmark introduced by Sport England is a cross-sport quality accreditation scheme for clubs with junior sections.

Ipswich Cricket Club achieved ECB Clubmark Accreditation on 1st October 2007 and is therefore deemed by the ECB and Sport England as a safe, effective and child friendly club.

Accredited clubs are required to present evidence and demonstrate implementation across four different themes, culminating in the production of a Club Development Plan, these four themes are;

  • Duty of Care and Safeguarding Children
  • The Cricket Programme
  • Sports Equity and Ethics
  • Club Management

Further information regarding these four different themes can be accessed in the Club's Development Plan and through the link below.
