Well, if you have the right attitude, we may be the club for you. At Ipswich Cricket Club, players of mixed ability and ages are united by a common interest; to make their club as successful as possible. All playing members form part of a fully integrated structure from junior ranks to the First team. All contributions are recognised and valued equally.
But it's not all work! A welcoming and friendly atmosphere awaits you and your family when you arrive at the ground and a thriving social scene provides adequate opportunity to relax and enjoy yourself.......a trip to the dogs, a disco or a quiz are regular occurrences!
The club is guided with great care and attention by experienced officers and a carefully planned approach will ensure we realise our ambitions. Much has been achieved already as this website is testimony, but we have a long way to go.
Our volunteer base is the envy of the region and many supporters can be found working at the ground throughout the year, helping to provide first class facilities for everyone to enjoy.
Every year has seen another major piece of the jigsaw drop into place thanks to the combined efforts of our membership and loyal servants.
Clubmark status has already been achieved; most of the requirements for accreditation were already in place before ECB guidance was received, which is testament to the club structure.
We have the resources and the desire to finish what we've started. The atmosphere is unrivalled, the company is good, the cricket is competitive, and it's a great place to play.
