Social Activities
With a good sized club membership, it isn't surprising that Ipswich Cricket Club has a thriving social scene that extends beyond the boundaries of the ground. We enjoy an annual golf day, and trips to watch professional games at various county grounds are a regular occurrence. The ladies team have also established an annual tradition for a long weekend away at the end of the season - squad members only though!
Back at the ground, the clubhouse is a hive of activity most nights of the week in summer, with constant ground works on the go and there seems to be a team of either mens, juniors or ladies taking nets every night of the week. Several barbeque nights are planned for 2008, and on Sunday nights a quick sports quiz after every game during the season.
